Screenshots posted online appear to show Android 5.0 Lollipop running on the HTC One M8.
The images, posted by the LlabTooFeR Twitter account, show what HTC's bespoke Android interface, HTC Sense 6.0, will look like running Google's latest version of the Android mobile operating system.
As we can see from the screenshots, HTC is using the flat 'Material Design' aesthetic of Android 5.0 Lollipop in its HTC Sense 6.0 interface.
On November 4 HTC itself took to Twitter to announce that it had got the Android 5.0 Lollipop code and that it will update the HTC One M8 within 90 days.
While waiting for the Lollipop update to hit the HTC One M8 these screenshots at least give us an idea of what we can expect.
